Christopher Martin, Esq.
Licensed Real Estate Broker
Hello! My name is Chris Martin and I was born and raised in New York City in Morningside Heights.

Though I have been fortunate enough to travel to many parts of the world, I have always felt a strong connection to my home. As an attorney and real estate broker, it is my personal and professional goal to help my clients, family and community with honesty and integrity...with a smile and some bad jokes free of charge!
I was born and raised in Morningside Heights in New York City. I attended Bank Street School for Children, where I made some of my best friendships which continue to this day. I then attended Horace Mann High School in the Bronx, The George Washington University in Washington, DC., and Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

After graduating college and prior to law school, I took a year away from school and volunteered with World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms throughout Italy, which was a fantastic experience!

In Law School, I worked at the Legal Aid Society in both Atlanta and New York, and had a field placement for a year with the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta. Presently, I serve on the Development Council of Goddard Riverside Community Center in New York City.

Since being admitted to the New York Bar, I worked with several corporate law firms in New York before starting my own practice and becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2016. My law practice focuses on real estate, where I draft contracts and conduct closings for buyers and sellers; estate planning, where I draft Wills, Trusts (Revocable, Irrevocable and Testamentary), and Advance Directive documents; Corporate Planning and Formation; Estate Administration; and Guardianships. I am also eligible to serve as a Part 36 fiduciary as Guardian, Attorney for Guardians, and Real Estate Broker to Guardians.
I bought my first co-op in 2013 and cannot wait to help you on your journey to purchase or sell your property as well!
